How Thanh Minh handles quote requests.
This policy covers the quote form and email contact of Thanh Minh Plywood. It is short because we ask for little.
§ 1 · Information in a request
Required: your name, email address, and the country and port the order is for. Optional: company, product, sizes, thickness, quantity and a free-text specification. Card numbers, passwords and personal identity documents are never needed and should not be sent.
§ 2 · Purpose
Answering the request, agreeing the specification and documents, arranging samples or a visit, and preparing the offer and any contract that follows. Nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no publication.
§ 3 · Processors
Cloudflare hosts the site and, when enabled, runs the anti-spam check on the form; that check uses a token and your network address. An email service forwards accepted requests to the Thanh Minh sales inbox. Both act only to deliver the page and the message.
§ 4 · Data kept in your browser
During sending, a reference number for the attempt is held in session storage for this tab only, so an interrupted request can be followed up instead of duplicated. Your name, email and message are not stored there, and the reference is cleared once delivery is confirmed.
§ 5 · Retention and your rights
Requests are kept for the length of the business discussion, and longer only where an order's accounting or customs records must be retained. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by email; please name the request concerned.
§ 6 · Analytics and links
No analytics, advertising or social tracking runs on this site. External links, for example to certification bodies, are governed by those sites' own policies.
